We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. Every loose diamond purchased through Astreli may be returned within 14 calendar days after delivery.
HOW RETURNS WORK
A clear, secure process.
RECEIVE SECURE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
We will provide instructions for returning the diamond through a secure, insured delivery service.
DIAMOND VERIFICATION
The diamond must remain unmounted, unworn and unaltered and must be returned with its original grading report and packaging.
RECEIVE YOUR REFUND
Once the diamond and grading report have been received and verified, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within five business days.
CLEAR CONDITIONS
What to know before returning.
- There is no restocking fee for an eligible loose-diamond return.
- If the diamond is incorrect, damaged on arrival or materially different from the agreed specifications, Astreli will cover the insured return-delivery cost.
- For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible only for the actual insured return-delivery cost. This cost will be communicated clearly before the return is arranged.
- The diamond must be returned with its original grading report and packaging.
- Custom-made, mounted, engraved, resized or otherwise altered jewellery may have different return conditions where permitted by applicable law. Any such conditions must be stated clearly in writing before payment.
- Nothing in the return policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
